These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern online sales on the website www.eurovista.fr for the company SACRE Paris / Groupe Orsane, specialized in the sale of dance items. By validating an order on the Site, the buyer (hereinafter "the Client") unreservedly accepts the conditions below.

2. Purpose
The purpose of these GTC is to define the conditions under which the products offered for sale on the Site are sold to the Client.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those listed on the Site at the time of the order, within the limits of available stock. The photographs and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible, but are only indicative and cannot engage the responsibility of SACRE Paris in case of error or modification of the product characteristics by the manufacturer.
4. Order
4.1 Order Process
To place an order, the Client must select the products they wish to purchase, add them to their cart, and proceed to validate their order after checking the accuracy of the information provided (products, quantities, price).
Once the order is validated, the Client will receive a confirmation email.
4.2 Order Cancellation
Once the order is confirmed by email, it is considered irrevocable, except in cases of force majeure or product unavailability. If the Client wishes to cancel their order before shipment, they must make a request by email as soon as possible.
5. Price and Payment
5.1 Price
Product prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), and exclude delivery costs which are calculated when the order is validated. SACRE Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the applicable price will be that in effect at the time of order validation.
5.2 Payment Methods
Payment for products can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered on the Site. Payment is secure and the Client's banking information is protected by encryption technologies.
5.3 Invoicing
A detailed invoice will be sent by email to the Client as soon as the order is shipped.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address and the shipping method chosen by the Client. SACRE Paris makes every effort to meet delivery times, but these are only indicative and may be modified in case of unforeseen delays.
6.2 Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are borne by the Client, except in cases of promotions specifying free delivery. Costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order.
6.3 Receipt of Order
The Client is required to check the condition of the packaging and products upon receipt of the order. In case of damage or non-conformity, the Client must report this to the carrier and to SACRE Paris within 48 hours.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 Withdrawal Period
In accordance with legal provisions, the Client has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons.
7.2 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
The Client may exercise their right of withdrawal by contacting SACRE Paris via the email indicated on the Site and by returning the products in their original condition, at their own expense, within 14 days following the notification of withdrawal.
7.3 Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, or products that have been opened or already used by the Client (for hygiene reasons, for example).
8. Return and Exchange
Products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the provisions of Article 7. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the products. SACRE Paris reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the products are not in their original condition or if the return period is exceeded.
9. Warranty and Liability
9.1 Legal Warranty
Products sold on the Site benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code. In case of non-conformity, the Client may request the replacement or repair of the product, or, if this is impossible, obtain a refund.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
SACRE Paris undertakes to provide products that conform to the description, but cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect, material or immaterial damages resulting from the use of the products.
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the competent courts of [City] will have sole jurisdiction.
